Sacrestano is an IGT Costa Toscana Rosso based primarily on Cabernet Franc, produced from high-density vineyards (5,000 plants/ha) planted on clay-limestone soil at around 150 m a.s.l.
With a deep ruby-red colour, it offers a fresh and fragrant nose with notes of blackberry and raspberry. On the palate, it reveals vibrant freshness and marked minerality, with intense aromas of ripe red fruit.
Excellent with grilled red and white meats, lightly aged cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
