Sarosa is an IGT Costa Toscana Rosato produced from Pugnitello and Syrah grapes grown on mixed silty-clay soils.
It shows a clear, intense pink colour, with aromas of black cherry and a well-structured, highly inviting palate dominated by notes of cherry and strawberry.
Excellent with fried seafood, octopus, shellfish, vegetarian dishes and pork.
